What this site is

AZ Comfort Solutions is an editorial directory of HVAC contractors operating in the Arizona East Valley. We aggregate publicly available data, hand-curated local boosts, and user-submitted testimonials. We are not affiliated with any HVAC company listed unless explicitly stated, and a listing is not an endorsement by us or them.

No professional advice

Information here is for general informational purposes only. Hiring an HVAC contractor is your decision and risk. We make no warranty about any company's performance, qualifications, licensure, insurance, or the accuracy of their ratings, contact details, or service area. Always confirm directly with the company before hiring.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

User-submitted content

You retain ownership of testimonials and other content you submit, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, modify (for length or formatting), and distribute that content as part of the directory.

Don't submit content that is false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringes on intellectual property, contains personal contact information for someone other than the business being reviewed, or violates applicable law. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

All testimonials and company submissions are reviewed by an admin before being published.

Acceptable use

Don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it at unreasonable rates, attempt to access other users' accounts, or otherwise abuse it. We use rate limiting and may block IPs that misbehave.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites (e.g., contractor websites) and uses third-party services (Google Maps Platform, Google Analytics, Google AdSense). We are not responsible for those external sites or services.

Intellectual property

The AZ Comfort Solutions name, logo, design, and editorial copy are ours. Don't reproduce them without permission. Business names, addresses, and ratings sourced from third parties remain the property of those parties.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the site, including any decision to hire or not hire a listed contractor.
